The hosts were warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere during the stay. The breakfast menu offered a delightful selection, cooked to perfection and served hot. the room could benefit from better sound insulation, as noise from the outside was noticeable at times. Our group had an awesome time! We explored the local golf club and enjoyed a walk at Paignton Pier. The breakfast spread was fantastic and catered well for everyone's needs. The owners were super friendly, making us feel right at home. The bus stop outside is a plus for getting around easily.
The only downside was that our room wasn't as quiet as expected due to nearby noise, which made it hard to fully relax at times.

The breakfast spread impresses with customizable options, ensuring everyone finds something they like. The room's spaciousness and thoughtful touches like a fridge and snacks elevate comfort during the stay.
The location sits on a busy main road, which may detract from the tranquility, particularly for light sleepers. Though it’s convenient for transport, it’s a good mile away from the seafront, making for a longer trek when you crave a beach day. the parking spaces feel a bit tight, which could be a hassle for larger vehicles, especially during peak times.
